Meet Kristy

My life was not free of struggles. But I considered myself successful, having everything I dreamed of. I did not know I lacked the joy of Christ.

Available now- Third Save: Rescued from Death, Living in Joy

I believed hard work brought about happiness: ten years with the love of my life, two perfect little children, a nice home, and a big job and paycheck.

I loved God, but believed I earned my own blessings. On a business trip, my plane crashed. A broken neck and head injuries ended my career. Eventually I healed and continued life. With myself in the center.

Ten years later, I broke my neck a second time in a terrifying fall. I wondered what purpose God had for my life. Thus began a season of deep gratitude, prayer, and digging into the Bible. My faith skyrocketed. When I finally surrendered my pride and will to God, He gave me a new job: Sow Jesus. Share my faith. No longer did I seek fleeting happiness. I found something better— sustainable joy.

Today, I am a blessed author, speaker, blogger, and wife of thirty-five years to my favorite person. Brad and I love to serve up memorable meals to family and friends around a table. God is good, all the time!
